• Directions and Assignments for 4/6

Posted by Jenna Leo on 4/5/2020

    Hello everyone!

    https://oxfordasd.sharepoint.com/:o:/s/StudentTutorials/EpUlxa8T729Cp1Ph7GJIvNcBN1mHKLX-TrJDf_guuFX-Tw?e=LKAYHn

Please use this link for instructions on using Microsoft Teams. If your student is using a school iPad then the teams app should already be on their screen. Their login information is the same as their clever login taped inside the folder I sent home, except you need to add @oxfordasd.org to the end of their username. For example: JONSMI60@oxfordasd.org

Students: I have created two assignments for you to complete today. The directions can be found on Microsoft Teams. Both of the assignments have today's date (April 6th) and are on Seesaw. Right now we are going to stick to using Seesaw for assignments, since you all know how to use it. Remember we have a ZOOM meeting at 9:00 AM. We will also have a 2:00 ZOOM meeting, so I can help you learn how to use Microsoft Teams. It is very important that you come to both meetings today!

Please email me, or use Talking Points, to contact me today with any questions. This is all very new, so please reach out to me for help if you or your student needs it!

    Have a great day!

    -Miss Leo

    Good morning!

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! I know the weather was rainy and dreary, but this week will have some days of sunshine! This weekend I spent time with Mason, and we watched Despicable Me 3! He loves the minions and thinks that they are hilarious! Students, I have a job for you all to do! See if you can download the SeeSaw app on your device (ipad, phone)! Make sure to ask for your parent's permisson before you download it. I am hoping that I can start posting assignments using SeeSaw!

Parents: Please check for an email I sent last night. There is a link on the bottom that will take you to a Google Form. I would really appreciate your feedback regarding scheduling a ZOOM meeting for the students this week!

    Happy Fri-YAY everyone!

I miss you all very much! I hope that we are back in our classroom very soon! Yesterday, I went on 2 walks and played chalk with Mason! He loves to play hopscotch and is very good at it! I hope you all were able to get outside today to enjoy the sunny weather! Your parents have been updating about all of the hard work that you are doing! I am so proud of all of you for continuing to work on your packets and for logging onto ST Math and Edmentum! I will be emailing your parents a new math packet this weekend, since I am sure you are all finished or almost finished the math section of your packet.

I hope you all have a great weekend! Keep up the great work! Make sure to listen to your parents and help out at home as much as you can!

Daily Question: If you could eat anything you want for the whole day, what would you eat?

    Mason's answer: "PIZZA!!"

Miss Leo's answer: "I don't think I could eat the same food all day, but I would be sure to get a slice of chocolate cake from the Cheesecake Factory! Their cake is delicious!"

    Love,

    Good morning everyone!

I hope you had a great weekend! This weekend, I played outside with Mason, went on a few long walks, and also had family dinner with my brothers and parents. I have been tracking your progress on Epic, ST Math, and Edementum! I am so happy you are spending your "screen time" doing activities that help to grow your brain! I hope you all are working hard on your packets! Remember, if you do a few pages each day you will finish it in no time! Please also make sure you are reading for at least 20 minutes each day! If you don't have books at home, use Epic!
