I began my teaching career in Oxford in 1980.  I've had the pleasure of teaching first and second grade for twenty-five years and am now enjoying my role as the Instructional Support Teacher at Elk Ridge.  I believe that all children can learn and grow and am dedicated to working with you to support your children. 

I wear many hats in my position as the Instructional Support Teacher.  I work with first and second graders who need extra support with reading and math.  I help teachers to develop plans for the children who may need additional support.  I meet with the student's teachers and parents to discuss any concerns they may have regarding academic progress.
