District establishes parking and athletic participation fees for 2018-2019
The Oxford Area School District has established 2018-2019 athletic participation fees at Oxford Area High School and Penn’s Grove School.
The athletic participation fee is designed to offset operational expenses incurred in the athletic program and to provide funding for facility maintenance and development. All students in grades seven through 12 who will participate in the interscholastic athletic program will be responsible for payment of these fees.
The following fees were approved by the Board of School Directors:
Oxford Area High School - $75 per sport
Penn’s Grove School - $50 per sport
If the fee is not paid, an obligation will be issued on the student account and participation will be prohibited. The expectation is that all participation fees are to be submitted 24 hours after making the team roster.
If payment is not received prior to the first scrimmage or game, your child will be ineligible to participate and removed from the roster. Please contact the building principal in the event you cannot make immediate and full payment in order to assist with resolution.
Payment should be made by sending a check or money order payable to Oxford Area School District, 125 Bell Tower Lane, Oxford, PA 19363 Attn: Tracy Villa. Please include your child’s first and last name and his or her sport on the memo line.
Students may also bring payment to the main offices of the high school or Penn's Grove.
Any returned check fees incurred by the District will be added to the participation fee owed.
