HVA Orientation
Middle & High School Orientation
📍 Oxford Area High School Auditorium

🕥 Session 1: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
🕑 Session 2: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PMYou only need to attend one session.
During orientation, we will:
- Review expectations and updates for the school year
- Walk you through Blackboard and PowerSchool
- Introduce the HVA team that will be supporting your student
- Distribute devices and supplies
Attendance is mandatory for all students. We also strongly encourage parents and guardians to attend, as your involvement is vital to a successful school year.
Open House & Community Events

🕔 5:00 PM – 7:00 PMHVA will also be appearing at Oxford’s First Friday events. These gatherings are great opportunities to meet our team, ask questions, and learn more about what HVA has to offer.
Referral Opportunity
Know someone who may be a great fit for our virtual program or who’s interested in returning to the District from another cyber charter? Invite them to our Open House! We’re hosting a gift card raffle for referrals of residents not currently enrolled in Oxford Area School District, including interested homeschool families and their sponsors.If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Virtual Parent Information Session
We will be hosting a virtual parent information session May 30th at 5:30 pm for parents and guardians who are interested in our virtual K-12 in-district option. We are happy to discuss the virtual academy and discuss any questions. Please see the link below to join.
