CAR RIDER AND WALKER DISMISSAL
Parents of students leaving school by car should use Sixth Street and wrap around Broad Street.
Parents of students leaving school on foot should use Hodgson Street. If you are a car rider, please do not use Hodgson Street. This creates unnecessary traffic which puts our students in an unsafe situation.

All absences require written notification within 3 days. Please email bwhelan@oxfordasd.org
Notes can be photographed and attached to the email. A doctor's note is the best form of notification if your child is sick.
All vacations must have prior approval by the principal. The principal can excuse up to 5 school days, based on the number of previous absences. Please use the form below to submit your request either in person or by email to bwhelan@oxfordasd.org.
