All absences require written notification within 3 days. Please email bwhelan@oxfordasd.org
Notes can be photographed and attached to the email. A doctor's note is the best form of notification if your child is sick.
All vacations must have prior approval by the principal. The principal can excuse up to 5 school days, based on the number of previous absences. Please use the form below to submit your request either in person or by email to bwhelan@oxfordasd.org.
