    Robert Arnold Davis, Class of 1960

    From a young age Robert A. Davis had a passion for vocational agriculture and automobiles. He was considered an inspiration and a pillar of strength to his family and friends.

    In 1963, Mr. Davis was drafted into the U.S. Army, and in 1965, after advanced training, he was sent to Vietnam. On his second day of battle, Private First Class Robert A. Davis was in action protecting a friend in his unit. He was awarded the Purple Heart and "V" for Valor in recognition of his dedication to the United States of Armed Forces.

    Dr. Brian Bliss, Class of 1990

    After graduating from Oxford, Dr. Brian Andrew Bliss continued his education at Penn State University for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He received his doctorate in educational policy and administration from the University of Delaware. Dr. Bliss began his career as a teacher and over the years rose to the position of Assistant Superintendent and now Superintendent of the Solanco School District.
