Ms. Erika Robinson

Welcome students and parents to my page! I am Mrs. Robinson and I am very excited to be teaching Spanish language and Hispanic culture classes here at Hopewell School. All classes meet twice every 6-day cycle for half a year. Fifth graders will learn about "world culture", focusing on geography and culture of major Spanish-speaking areas, and sixth graders will be introduced to basic Spanish language themes such as greetings, numbers, days and months, etc.

My education includes Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Spanish, and Millersville University with a Masters in Education and minor in Administration of Justice, as well as PA teacher certification. This is my 16th year as a classroom Spanish teacher, but my first year here in the Oxford Area School District.

I have two children, Colin who works in the family furniture business, and Cayla who is a freshman at Penn State University. I am also the parent of two cats, Rico and Tank, and a dog, Bruno. I enjoy spending time with my pets, cooking, traveling especially to the beach, and lifting weights and running.
