Welcome students and parents to my page! I am Mrs. Robinson and I am very excited to be teaching Spanish language courses here at Hopewell School. All special area classes (including Spanish) meet twice every 6-day cycle for half a year. Therefore I will meet half my students during the first semester, and the other half the second semester. Fifth graders will learn about the alphabet, basic conversational phrases, colors, how to say you like somethng, numbers to 30, among other topics; and sixth graders will review some 5th grade material, and learn months of the year, writing the date, body parts, family, among others. 

My education includes Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Spanish, and Millersville University with a Masters in Education and minor in Administration of Justice, as well as PA teacher certification. This is my 20th year as a classroom Spanish teacher, and my seventh year here in the Oxford Area School District. 

I am married to Bayard Robinson and I have two children, Colin and Cayla, who both work with their father in the family furniture business. I am also the parent of four cats, Rico,Tank, Kiana and Mistery; and two dogs, Bruno and Aphrodite. I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, cooking, traveling especially to the beach, and cycling and hiking.
