I have been teaching science for 10 years and recently came to Oxford Area High School in 2017-2018 to teach Agricultural Science, Plant and Soil Science, and Small Animal Care. Growing the FFA program will be a key component in developing the Ag Education program here at OAHS. Home is a multigenerational dairy, hay and grain farm in Maryland, where recently cheese production has been introduced. Additional background and interests are in production agriculture and food advocacy, 4-H Dairy Heifer Lease Program, Chesapeake Bay stewardship and native planting, Master Gardener training, manure and pesticide handling training, animal behavior and veterinary science.
