The Technical College High School is operated by the Chester County Intermediate Unit and Delaware County Community College. It is located on Pennock‘s Bridge Road in West Grove. TCHS offers half-day career and technical programs for students in grades 10, 11, and 12 in the following areas:
- Animal Science
- Automotive Collision Technology
- Automotive Service Technology
- Carpentry
- Computer Information Systems
- Cosmetology
- Criminal Justice & Police Sciences
- Culinary Arts
- Early Childhood Care & Education
- Engineering & Robotics
- Engine Technology
- Health Career Pathways
- HVAC/Refrigeration Technology
- Veterinary Science
- Welding & Metal Fabrication
Special Programs (listed below) are offered to students in their senior year only. Seniors must meet curriculum requirements based on college readiness testing.

The TCHS Course Description Booklet is available in the Guidance Office. Students in grades 10, 11 and 12 who wish to attend TCHS must complete an application and will be selected on the basis of grades, behavior record, school attendance, teacher recommendations, and application responses. Students must be on track to graduate from Oxford Area High School and maintain sufficient academic progress in the major academic subjects.

Their Virtual Open House provides students and families an opportunity to experience our campus from the comfort of home.
