The goal of the ESL program is to provide English Language Learners (ELLs) with language instruction to develop fluency in both social and academic levels of English proficiency so that students can successfully participate in grade level learning and content. The program integrates all four domains of language: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. ESL also facilitates entry into the social aspects of the school community, so that students can be successful in school and in life.
