My name is Miss Goggin. I have been teaching at Elk Ridge since September of 2012.  I graduated from West Chester University in the spring of 2012 with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education.  During my time there, I had the wonderful opportunity to be able to complete my student teaching at Elk Ridge Elementary School in second grade.  I was fortunate enough to return to the district the following school year after graduation as a long-term substitute in second grade.  After graduation, I returned to West Chester University and earned my Master of Education in Reading with a Reading Specialist certification in August of 2018.  I also earned my Special Education certification from West Chester University in May of 2016. After spending ten years teaching first grade at Elk Ridge, I transitioned to a Title I Reading Specialist role last year.  I am looking forward to a great year!
