Welcome

Welcome to my page!  I am a first grade teacher at Elk Ridge Elementary.  I have been teaching since 2008, but I have taught in this district since 2011.  Prior to teaching in Oxford, I was a daily sibstitute for a year then I spent two full years teaching first grade in the Phoenixville Area School District.

A Little about Me

I graduated from Geneva College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish.  I also earned my Master’s Degree in Education and Reading Specialist Certification from Cabrini College in May of 2014.  I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.  I moved to Eastern PA in 2009 to pursue my teaching career. I have a husband and two daughters, and we moved to Oxford in December 2017. I absolutely love my job and enjoy spending my days with the fantastic firsties!
