Answer: First, go to settings->WiFi and confirm OASD-Student is checked. Next, open Safari and go to youtube.com (which is blocked for students) but you will get a Lightspeed log in screen. Log in using your network credentials. You will now be able to browse to other sites.

I am having trouble with my iPad (went through the first FAQ and still no internet, no power, broken glass, etc...).
What do I do and how do I get it fixed?

Answer: We are working to create a "student help desk" crew to assist with minor issues. Until the group is setup and with major problems, please describe the problem in detail to one of your teachers and leave the iPad with the teacher. Additionally, if you have a passcode setup on your iPad, please leave your passcode with the teacher. Your teacher will fill out a "tech help desk ticket" for the district tech staff to resolve.
