Greg Deaver, Class of 1974
Greg H. Deaver is a man of great successes. During his time at Oxford Area High School, he was Senior Class President, MVP of the varsity soccer team and PIAA Sectional and District wrestling champion and state qualifier.
From there Mr. Deaver gained an internship at the Virginia Highway and Transportation Research Council and conducted research into innovative methods to held reduce erosion resulting from transportation projects. He then moved to Greenhorne and O'Mara Engineers where within six months of being hired he was selected as lead engineer for nationwide engineering assessment of community appeals of FEMA's Flood Insurance Studies.
